Orientation Program for New Hourly Employees
This is a 2-week program developed by a joint team at Massena for Orienting New hires as part of the L-61 hiring and ramp up. This program covers 8 areas. Structured On-the-Job Training was also developed for a 2 week period to follow this orientation.

  • Safety regarding Robotics, Chlorine, Gas and Seatbelts
  • Skilled Trades training in Fall Protection, Rigging, Mobile Crane, Manlift
